Submissions

Delivery times depend on the payment type selected.

For mainland Portugal and after successful payment, the deadline is 4 to 6 business days. For Islands, 2 business days are added to these deadlines.

For the rest of Europe, the deadline is 7 to 21 business days.

Luz Jewelry is not responsible for delays by the carrier.

Shipping costs

For orders to mainland Portugal and the islands, shipping costs are €5 (for purchases over €50, shipping to Portugal becomes free).

For all other countries, shipping costs vary depending on weight:

From 0 to 500g - €8.00

From 500g to 1kg - €12.00

From 1kg to 2kg - €17.00

If the order is lost by the carrier, a complaint will have to be made to the carrier and the customer will only be reimbursed for the amount paid or a new shipment will be made after the carrier responds to the whereabouts of the order.
