Exchanges and Returns

We do not accept exchanges or returns as these are personalized pieces, with only one exception: a defect in the piece.
In case of defect, The customer has 14 calendar days from the date they received the order to send the product to our facilities. Luz Jewelry undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one, whenever it is available in stock. In the event that it cannot be replaced, its value will be refunded.
